Are they serious, how can they afford this bombardment of calls, espicially with me workign nightshift and telling them to piss off 15 times since thursday last week, then today because they couldn’t get a loan out of me the tell me I am $53.64 overdrawn on my credit card and it would be from interest.
I have politley given them times to call me and they don’t seem to care about there customers, all they care about is there profits, as I have a few shares with them which I think I might sell since the only reason I bought shares with them was there great customer service, which obviously has turned to crap.
I explained to the guy that rang up today I pay it reguarly and it gets payed monthly without fail, and asked him what the problem was, he continued with his rant about how I should pay it imeditaly so my account was not disrupted, I only use it for 2 things that is advertising for my websites, Pay Tv, and there both payed each month without fail.
I really don’t see how they can justify employing people to waste the money that we pay them in excess mind you for utter stupid employees.
